摘　　要：对因上平面凹陷报废的潍柴蠕铁309缸盖进行铸件解剖和成分分析,确定缺陷特征并分析出造成蠕铁缸盖上平面凹陷的原因,通过改进和完善造型及电炉生产工艺,有效地降低了蠕铁309缸盖上平面凹陷缺陷废品率。By dissecting and analyzing the composition of Weichai creep iron 309 cylinder head scrapped due to upper plane depression,the defect characteristics were determined and the reasons for the upper plane depression of the creep iron cylinder head were analyzed.By improving and perfecting the shape and electric furnace production process,the scrap rate of the upper plane depression defect of the creep iron 309 cylinder head was effectively reduced.
