摘 要:为提高客户满意度,提出一种面向制造服务的产品配置设计方法。首先,采用物元聚类法,建立客户需求分类模型对客户需求信息进行归类处理。其次,根据客户目标需求,采用最近邻算法在产品库中检索实例产品;并基于客户评价模型,确定不满足客户目标需求的产品设计参数和模块信息。然后,基于支持向量机,对离散型产品设计参数做分类处理,对连续型产品设计参数做回归处理,以实现满足客户需求的交互响应下的产品配置设计。最后,以平地机为例,验证了该方法的可行性。In order to improve customer satisfaction,the product configuration design for service-oriented manufacturing was proposed.First,the classification model was established to classify customer demands by the matter-element clustering method.Secondly,according to the customer’s target demands,the nearest neighbor algorithm was used to retrieve the example products from the product library.Based on the evaluation model,the design parameters and modules that didn’t meet the customer’s target demand were obtained.Then,based on support vector machine,discrete parameters were classified and continuous parameters were done regression processing to realize the product configuration design to meet the customer demand by interactive response.Finally,the example of grader showed the feasibility of the method.
