康复护理对居家精神分裂症患者的睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的讨论康复护理对居家精神分裂症患者的睡眠质量影响。方法采用随机抽签法将100例精神分裂症患者分为对照组和观察组,各50例。患者均来源于龙岩市第三医院精神科,研究时间为2022年4月至2023年4月。对照组采用常规护理方法。观察组采用康复护理方法。比较两组睡眠质量、康复情况。结果护理前两组NOSIE、BPRS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后观察组NOSIE评分高于对照组,BPRS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组睡眠质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复护理作为一种新兴的护理方法,为居家精神分裂症患者提供科学、有效的康复护理方案,帮助居家精神分裂症患者提高睡眠质量,进而提高其康复效果及生活质量,提升护理满意度。Objective To discuss the impact of rehabilitation nursing on the sleep quality of home-based schizophrenia patients.Methods One hundred patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group.All cases are from the Department of Psychiatry of Longyan Third Hospital,the research period is from April 2022 to April 2023.The control group patients were treated with routine nursing methods.The observation group patients were treated with rehabilitation nursing intervention methods.Compare the sleep quality and rehabilitation status of two groups of patients.Results There was no significant difference in NOSIE and BPRS scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,NOSIE score in observation group was higher than that in control group,BPRS score was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The sleep quality score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Rehabilitation nursing,as an emerging nursing method,provides a scientific and effective rehabilitation nursing plan for home-based schizophrenia patients,helping them improve their sleep quality,thereby enhancing their rehabilitation effect and quality of life,and enhancing nursing satisfaction.
