基于“土郁夺之”理论的藿香安胃散治疗痰湿内阻型功能性消化不良临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨基于中医“土郁夺之”理论指导下藿香安胃散治疗痰湿内阻型功能性消化不良(FD)的临床效果。方法选取2021年9月至2022年10月就诊于厦门市同安区新美街道社区卫生服务中心的痰湿内阻型FD患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,试验组采用藿香安胃散治疗。治疗周期为4周,观察临床疗效、中医证候积分、生活质量指数(NDLQI)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)以及不良反应和复发率。结果试验组在临床疗效、中医证候积分、NDLQI评分上均优于对照组(P<0.05),HAMA评分低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组不良反应和复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论藿香安胃散能有效改善痰湿内阻型FD患者的临床症状,提高生活质量,降低复发率。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Huoxiang Anwei Powder in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD)with internal retention of phlegm-dampness under the guidance of the theory of"earth depression suppression"in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 60 FD patients with phlegm-dampness-internal resistance admitted to Xinmei Community Health Service Center,Tongan District,Xiamen from September 2021 to October 2022 were selected and divided into control group and trial group by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the trial group was treated with Huoxiang An Wei SAN.The treatment period was 4 weeks.Clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,Quality of Life index(NDLQI),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),adverse reactions and recurrence rate were observed.Results The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores and NDLQI scores of the trial group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the HAMA scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The rates of adverse reactions and recurrence in trial group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Huoxiang Anwei Powder can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with FD with internal retention of phlegm-dampness,enhance their quality of life,and reduce the recurrence rate.
