老年阿尔茨海默病患者采用3R强化护理干预的效果及对精神行为症状的影响

摘　　要：目的探析3R强化护理干预应用在老年阿尔茨海默病中的价值。方法80例老年阿尔茨海默病患者均取自2020年1月至2022年12月我院收治的患者,用随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组予以传统护理干预,观察组予以3R强化护理干预。比较两组精神行为症状发生率、精神行为症状评分、遵医行为及社会功能活动能力。结果观察组患者精神行为症状发生率较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组精神行为症状评分较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组遵医行为较对照组高,社会功能活动能力评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论3R强化护理干预全面开展显著改善了老年阿尔茨海默病患者的精神行为症状,患者遵医行为明显提升,其自身社会功能活动能力加强。Objective To explore the value of 3R intensive nursing intervention in the elderly with Alzheimer’s disease.Methods Eighty elderly patients with Alzheimer’s disease were collected from the patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022,and they were divided into two groups with 40 cases each by random number table method.The control group was given traditional nursing intervention,and the observation group was given 3R intensive nursing intervention.The incidence of psychobehavioral symptoms,psychobehavioral symptom score,medical compliance behavior and social functional activity ability were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of psychobehavioral symptoms in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The psychobehavioral symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The compliance behavior of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the score of social functional activity ability was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The comprehensive implementation of 3R intensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the mental and behavioral symptoms of elderly patients with Alzheimer’s disease,patients’compliance behavior is significantly improved,and their own social functional activity ability is strengthened.
