标准舒适护理与精细化护理在阑尾炎患者中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨临床对阑尾炎患者采用标准舒适护理+精细化护理方法完成干预后获得的临床效果。方法选取福州市永泰县嵩口中心卫生院2020年9月至2023年12月收治的40例阑尾炎患者进行护理干预研究;以随机数字表法分为对照组(20例)采用常规基础护理干预方法、研究组(20例)采用标准舒适护理+精细化护理干预方法;对比两组阑尾炎患者护理配合度、生活质量、护理舒适度、情绪状态评分、护理满意度、疼痛程度以及临床指标水平。结果研究组患者护理配合度评分、生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,研究组患者情绪状态评分、疼痛程度评分、各个临床指标低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者护理满意度评分、护理舒适度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床对阑尾炎患者在开展护理工作期间,标准舒适护理+精细化护理方法的充分结合可将患者配合度以及舒适度明显提升,将情绪状态显著改善,获得较高的生活质量以及护理满意度。Objective To explore the clinical effects of using standard comfort care and refined nursing methods to intervene in patients with appendicitis.Methods A nursing intervention study was conducted on 40 patients with appendicitis treated in Songkou Central Health Center,Yongtai County,Fuzhou from September 2020 to December 2023.Clinical grouping was performed according to random number table method.The control group(20 cases)received routine basic nursing intervention.The study group(20 cases)adopted standard comfort nursing+refined nursing intervention method.Nursing cooperation,quality of life,nursing comfort,emotional state score,nursing satisfaction,pain degree and clinical index level of appendicitis patients were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing cooperation score and quality of life score of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the score of emotional state,pain degree and clinical indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction scores and nursing comfort scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The full combination of standard comfort nursing and refined nursing methods can significantly improve the cooperation and comfort of patients with appendicitis during clinical nursing work,significantly improve their emotional state,and achieve higher quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
