盐酸倍他司汀联合氟桂利嗪治疗急性眩晕症的临床有效性分析

摘　　要：目的研究急性眩晕症患者选择盐酸倍他司汀、氟桂利嗪联合治疗的临床价值。方法本研究随机选取2021年10月—2023年10月闽侯县人民医院收治的60例急性眩晕症患者为研究对象,依据不同治疗方法分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组采用盐酸倍他司汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗。比较两组患者不良反应总发生率及眩晕评分、疗效、症状消失时间。结果两组患者不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后1 d、3 d、5 d、10 d及14 d的眩晕评分比较,观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.706,P=0.030)。观察组症状消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸倍他司汀、盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊联合治疗方案在急性眩晕症患者治疗中疗效较好,安全性高。Objective To study the clinical value of combination therapy of betahistine hydrochloride and flunarizine in patients with acute vertigo.Methods In this study,60 patients with acute vertigo treated in Minhou County People's Hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with betahistine hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsule based on the control group.The total incidence of adverse reactions,vertigo score,curative effect and symptom disappearance time of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The vertigo scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 1 d,3 d,5 d,10 d and 14 d after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),higher than that of the control group 73.33%(22/30),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.706,P=0.030).The time of symptom disappearance in observation group was shorter than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination therapy of betahistine hydrochloride and flunarizine hydrochloride capsule has great effect and high safety in the treatment of patients with acute vertigo.
