摘　　要：奥美拉唑作为一种高效的质子泵抑制剂,能够抑制胃酸的过度分泌,为胃黏膜筑起一道坚实的防护屏障;阿莫西林作为广谱抗生素,对幽门螺杆菌具有强大的抗菌活性。联合使用这两种药物,可协同发挥治疗作用,提高治愈率,减少复发风险。本文介绍了奥美拉唑的药理作用、阿莫西林的抗菌特性以及联合用药的治疗优势,并总结了相关临床研究进展和药物安全性评价。同时,也指出了当前存在的问题与挑战,如耐药性和个体差异等,并展望未来研究方向,包括探索新的治疗方案和优化联合用药策略。总之,奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林治疗胃炎并胃溃疡是一种有效且安全的治疗方案,但仍需进一步研究和优化,以更好地满足患者的治疗需求。Omeprazole,as a highly efficient proton pump inhibitor,can inhibit the excessive secretion of gastric acid,building a solid protective barrier for gastric mucosa.Amoxicillin,as a broad spectrum antibiotic,has strong antibacterial activity against Helicobacter pylori.Combined use of these two drugs can synergistically play a therapeutic role,improve the cure rate and reduce the risk of recurrence.In this paper,the pharmacological action of omeprazole,antibacterial properties of amoxicillin and therapeutic advantages of combined use of omeprazole were introduced,and the related clinical research progress and drug safety evaluation were summarized.At the same time,the existing problems and challenges,such as drug resistance and individual differences,are also pointed out,and future research directions are prospected,including exploring new treatment options and optimizing combination drug strategies.In conclusion,omeprazole combined with amoxicillin for the treatment of gastritis and gastric ulcer is an effective and safe treatment option,but further research and optimization are needed to better meet the treatment needs of patients.
