摘　　要：目的:调查二级及以上医院临床营养科建设现状,为今后临床营养科建设提供参考。方法:采用整群抽样方法和调查问卷形式,对安徽省某市21家二级以上医院临床营养科建设现状进行调查。结果:临床营养科设置比例低,临床营养专业人才不足,临床营养诊疗设施滞后,临床营养诊疗业务开展不充分,教学和科研水平低。结论:该市二级及以上医院临床营养科建设不均衡,业务开展不充分,还需卫生健康主管部门、医院管理者与临床营养科共同努力,从重视临床营养科作用、明晰临床营养科建设路径、加大临床营养专业人才培养、组建临床营养支持小组等方向着力,进一步加强临床营养学科建设工作。Objective:To investigate the current status of the construction of clinical nutrition departments(CNDs)in secondary and above hospitals,and provide reference for further discipline construction of clinical nutrition departments.Methods:A cluster sampling method and a survey of questionnaire were used to investigate the current situation of clinical nutrition departments in 21 secondary and above hospitals in a city of Anhui Province.Results:The proportion of clinical nutrition departments is low.There is a shortage of clinical nutrition professionals.Clinical nutrition diagnosis and treatment facilities are lagging behind.Medical work of clinical nutrition is insufficient.And the level of teaching and research is low.Conclusion:The development of clinical nutrition departments in secondary and above hospitals surveyed in this city is uneven,and medical work is insufficient.It is still necessary for the health administrative department,hospital managers,and clinical nutrition departments to work together by emphasizing the role of clinical nutrition departments,clarifying the construction path of clinical nutrition departments,increasing the training of clinical nutrition professionals,and establishing clinical nutrition support groups(NSTs),so as to promote the construction of clinical nutrition disciplines.
