摘　　要：高水平的职业本科人才培养体系是职业本科教育高质量发展的基础,明确人才培养目标有利于职业本科人才培养的实现。以职业本科现代家政管理专业为例,综合运用文献研究法、问卷调查研究法和专家访谈法,提出职业本科家政人才的培养定位是面向家政企业运营与管理、家政服务培训、高端家政服务及研发等技术领域,目标是培养从事现代家政管理工作的高素质高层次技术技能人才,以现代家政服务业及职业岗位结合为导向,提出了知识、能力、素质培养规格要求,以期为开展职业本科家政专业人才培养提供参考。A high-level vocational undergraduate talent training system is the basis for the high-quality development of vocational undergraduate education.Clarifying the goal of talent training is conducive to the realization of the vocational undergraduate talent training.Taking the modern housekeeping management major of vocational undergraduate as an example,this paper comprehensively uses the literature research method,questionnaire survey research method and expert interview method to propose that the training orientation of vocational undergraduate housekeeping talents is oriented to the technical fields of housekeeping enterprise operation and management,housekeeping service training,high-end housekeeping service and research and development.And it puts forward that the training goal is to cultivate the high-quality and high-level technical and skilled talents engaged in modern housekeeping management.Guided by the combination of modern housekeeping service industry and professional positions,this paper puts forward the requirements of knowledge,ability and quality training,in order to provide reference for the training of vocational undergraduate housekeeping professionals.
