上海高考改革四十年历程回顾与未来展望

摘　　要：上海历来重视发挥高考在人才选拔与培养中的引领作用。自二十世纪80年代以来,围绕不同时期的选人育人标准,先后多次开展高考改革探索。近十年实施的新一轮高考综合改革试点,为推进考试招生制度现代化和构建高质量教育体系积累了大量实践经验。上海四十年高考改革呈现出注重价值导向、注重历史传承、注重以人为本、注重科学规范等特点,强化了立德树人的贯彻落实、有效举措的优化升级、多元入学的深入挖掘和操作管理的精细设计。面向未来,高考改革应进一步聚焦立德树人根本任务,提升人才培养整体效能,进一步聚焦协同发展,开拓拔尖创新人才选育新路径,进一步聚焦数智赋能,深化人工智能在高考评价中的实践应用。Shanghai has long recognized the significance of the Gaokao in selecting and nurturing talent.Since the 1980s,Shanghai has conducted several rounds of Gaokao reform exploration based on different selection and cultivation standards during different periods.The pilot project of the new round of comprehensive reform of Gaokao implemented over the past decade has accumulated abundant practical experience in promoting the modernization of the examination and admission system and building a high quality education system.Shanghai's 40 years of Gaokao reform has presented characteristics such as highlighting value orientation,emphasizing historical inheritance,focusing on people-oriented development,stressing scientific and standardized management,strengthening the implementation of moral education and cultivation,optimizing and upgrading effective measures,deepening the exploration of diverse admission channels,and fine-tuning operational and management designs.Looking ahead,future Gaokao reforms should center on the fundamental task of moral education and cultivation,enhance the overall effectiveness of talent cultivation,further focus on coordinated development,explore new paths for selecting and cultivating outstanding and innovative talents,and further concentrate on digital intelligent empowerment,deepen the practice and application of artificial intelligence in Gaokao assessment.
