摘　　要：习近平总书记提出的全球文明倡议蕴含着尊重世界文明多样性、弘扬全人类共同价值、重视文明传承和创新、加强国际人文交流合作等丰富内涵,具有打破西方“文明冲突论”迷思、建立全球文明对话新秩序、引领和推动人类现代化进程等世界意义。党的二十届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于进一步全面深化改革推进中国式现代化的决定》要求“建设全球文明倡议践行机制”,为切实践行全球文明倡议,需要不断深化双边和多边政党交往活动,拓展国际人文交流合作渠道,发挥“文明对话国际日”的价值引领功能,利用数字媒介创新文明多边交流和合作方式。The Global Civilization Initiative proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping contains rich connotations such as respecting the diversity of world civilizations,promoting the common values of all mankind,valuing the inheritance and innovation of civilization,and strengthening international cultural exchanges and cooperation.It has world significance in breaking the Western myth of“clash of civilizations”,establishing a new order of global cultural dialogue,and leading and promoting the process of human modernization.“The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China’s Decision on Further Comprehensively Deepening Reform and Promoting Chinese-style Modernizaiton”passed by the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China calls for“the construction of a mechanism for the Global Civilization Initiative”.To earnestly practice Global Civilization Initiative,it is necessary to continuously deepen bilateral and multilateral party exchanges and activities,expand channels for international cultural exchange and cooperation,leverage the value-leading function of“the International Day of Dialogue among Civilizations”,and utilize digital media to innovate multifaceted exchanges and cooperation among civilizations.
