摘 要:蛋鸡感染沙门氏菌不仅导致幼雏存活率和成体生产性能的下降,而且增加鸡蛋和蛋制品的污染风险,严重威胁我国蛋鸡养殖的可持续发展与人类健康。因此有必要对蛋鸡生产中的沙门氏菌进行有效防控。然而,以抗菌药物为主的防控策略导致沙门氏菌耐药性增强与药物残留问题日益严重,影响蛋品安全。文章围绕蛋鸡生产中种鸡场、孵化中心、商品鸡场、存储运输环节,从检疫淘汰、生物安全、饲养管理、制剂选用等方面对沙门氏菌的控制措施进行阐述,为蛋鸡的绿色、健康养殖作参考。Salmonella infection in laying hens not only leads to a decrease in the survival rate of young chicks and adult production performance,but also increases the risk of contamination of eggs and egg products,which seriously threatens the sustainable development of laying hens farming and human health.Consequently,it is necessary to implement effective control measures against Salmonella in egg production.However,the antimicrobial drug-based control strategy has led to increased Salmonella resistance and drug residues,affecting the safety of egg products.This paper provided a review of control measures for Salmonella from the aspects of quarantine and elimination,biosecurity,feeding management,and preparation selection in breeder farms,hatcheries,commercial farms,and storage and transportation in egg production,aiming to serve as a reference for promoting green and healthy farming in laying hens.
