摘 要:食品安全检验技术课程是公安院校刑事科学技术二级学科的一门新兴专业课程,针对当前打击危害食品安全犯罪已经成为新时期公安工作的新重点的时代要求,在公安院校开展食品安全检验技术课程作为专业选修课,为警务人才培养的新方向注入了动力,提供了有力支持。为了满足培养目标要求,课程实验教学必须紧密结合一线需要,注重与公安实践的结合,教师通过在一线实践中不断思考,总结实战中的经典检验技术,并将其提炼融入课程实验,这是打通“理论学习”向“实战应用”有机迁移的有效途径。Food safety inspection technology course is an emerging professional course in the secondary discipline of criminal science and technology in public security colleges and universities.Aiming at the requirement of The Times that the fight against crimes endangering food safety has become a new focus of public security work in the new era,the food safety inspection technology course is carried out in public security colleges and universities as a professional elective course,which provides impetus and help for the new direction of police personnel training.In order to meet the requirements of training objectives,curriculum experiment teaching must be closely combined with front-line needs and pay attention to the combination with public security practice.Teachers should constantly think in front-line practice,summarize the classic test technology in actual combat,and refine curriculum experiment,which is an effective way to open up the organic transfer from“theoretical learning”to“actual combat application”.
