摘  要:为了研究软土地层盾构隧道近距离下穿既有线风险控制措施,分析了新建盾构隧道与既有运营隧道的空间位置关系及工程难点以及既有运营隧道保护总体方案,提出了采用既有运营隧道加固+既有运营隧道与新建盾构隧道之间夹层土加固+新建盾构隧道加固+既有运营隧道自动化监测的综合风险控制措施,建立了三维数值计算模型来分析既有运营隧道最不利工况下的变形和内力特征。分析结果表明,采取综合风险控制措施后,既有运营隧道的变形和内力均满足要求,验证了风险控制措施的可靠性,研究结论可为类似工程设计与施工提供参考。In order to study the risk control measures for shield tunnels passing through the adjacent existing lines in soft soil layers,the spatial relationship and engineering difficulties between newly built shield tunnels and the existing operating tunnels were analyzed,as well as the overall protection plan of the existing operating tunnels.A comprehensive risk control measure was proposed,which includes reinforcement of the existing operating tunnels+reinforcement of interlayer soil between the existing operating tunnels and newly built shield tunnels+reinforcement of the newly built shield tunnels+automatic monitoring of the existing operating tunnels.A 3D numerical calculation model was established to analyze the deformation and internal force characteristics of the existing operating tunnels under the most unfavorable working conditions.The analysis results show that both the deformation and internal forces meet the requirements after adopting comprehensive risk control measures,which verified the reliability of the risk control measures.The research conclusions can provide reference for similar engineering design and construction.
