摘　　要：目的测量老年癌症患者的衰弱情况,并分析其与健康相关生命质量的关系。方法分别使用汉化老人衰弱调查问卷(vulnerable elders survey,VES-13)和欧洲五维健康量表(EuroQol five-dimensional questionnaire 5 level,EQ-5D-5L)测量老年癌症患者的衰弱和健康效用值,并采用Tobit回归模型分析衰弱与健康相关生命质量的关系。结果共收到≥60岁患者有效问卷229份,老年癌症患者衰弱发生率为31.00%,EQ-5D-5L健康效用值为(0.835±0.165),中位数为0.893。Tobit回归分析显示,在控制了基本人口学特征和癌症相关特征后,衰弱患者的健康效用值低于非衰弱患者,差异有统计学意义(β=-0.157,P<0.01)。结论衰弱、肿瘤部位和分期是老年癌症患者健康效用值的重要影响因素。Objective To measure the frailty status of elderly cancer patients and analyze its relationship with their health-related quality of life. Methods The frailty and health utility values of elderly cancer patients were respectively measured using the Vulnerable Elders Survey(VES-13) and the EuroQol five-dimensional questionnaire(EQ-5D-5L). The Tobit regression model was used to analyze the relationship between frailty and health-related quality of life. Results A total of 229 valid questionnaires of 60 years old and above patients were collected,and the prevalence of frailty among elderly cancer patients surveyed was 31. 00%. The EQ-5D-5L health utility value was(0. 835±0. 165),with a median of 0. 893. Tobit regression analysis showed that,after controlling for basic demographic characteristics and cancer-related characteristics,the health utility values were significantly lower in frail patients than in non-frail patients(β =-0. 157, P<0. 01). Conclusions Frailty,tumor site,and stage were important factors influencing the health utility value for elderly cancer patients.
