摘　　要：创伤性神经瘤临床上比较少见,通常在引起相应临床表现后或查体时发现;因此未曾引起临床的广泛关注。由于近些年来创伤性神经瘤的发病率在上升,从而对于其关注度也在逐渐上升,相关临床研究也逐渐增多。创伤性神经瘤是周围神经受到创伤后在断裂处重新形成的神经组织,并非真正的神经瘤,确切地说是一种假性神经瘤,因其多呈类椭圆形,似瘤样,所以称为“创伤性神经瘤”。文章旨在对2008年以来国内外有关创伤性神经瘤的形成、形状、发生部位、组织病理、分类、疼痛及其机制和原因、与周围组织的关系、内部成分、治疗、预防及影像学检查等方面的研究进展进行综述,希望可以有更多的人了解到这个疾病,从而起到科普及防治的作用。Traumatic neuroma is relatively rare in clinical practice and is usually discovered after corresponding clinical manifestations or physical examinations.Therefore,it has not attracted widespread clinical attention.As the incidence of traumatic neuroma has been increasing in recent years,the attention to traumatic neuroma has gradually increased,and related clinical studies have gradually increased.Traumatic neuroma is a nerve tissue reformed at the fracture site after trauma to peripheral nerves,not a true neuroma,to be precise,a pseudoneuroma,because it is mostly oval-like and tumor-like,so it is called"traumatic neuroma".The purpose of this article is to review the research progress on the formation,shape,occurrence site,histopathology,classification,pain and its mechanism and cause,relationship with surrounding tissues,internal components,treatment,prevention,and imaging examination of traumatic neuroma at home and abroad since 2008,hoping that more people can know about this disease.Thus play a role in science popularization and prevention.
