摘　　要：目的:探讨胃食管反流病(GERD)相关咽喉反流症状与幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)感染的相关性。方法:选取2021年7月—2023年3月湘潭市第二人民医院消化内科收治的180例GERD患者作为研究对象,将其分为GERD相关咽喉反流症状组80例和单纯GERD组100例。两组患者均接受Hp检测,填写反流症状指数评分量表(RSI),对两组患者RSI评分、Hp感染进行统计,分析两组患者RSI评分与Hp感染的相关性。结果:GERD相关咽喉反流症状组患者Hp阳性检出率为66.25%,高于单纯GERD组患者的41.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.357,P<0.05)。GERD相关咽喉反流症状组患者中合并Hp感染患者的RSI评分高于未合并Hp感染患者,差异有统计学意义(t=2.354,P<0.05)。GERD相关咽喉反流症状组患者RSI评分与Hp感染具有相关性(Eta=0.258,P<0.05)。结论:GERD相关咽喉反流症状与Hp感染具有相关性,且Hp感染可能会加重患者咽喉反流症状。Objective:To explore the correlation between symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)related pharyngolaryngeal reflux and Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection.Methods:A total of 180 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease(including 80 patients in GERD related pharyngolaryngeal reflux symptoms group and 100 patients in GERD simple group)who were hospitalized and outpatient in the Department of Gastroenterology from July 2021 to March 2023 were collected.Both groups of patients underwent Hp testing and flled out the Reflux Symptom Index(RSI).Statistical analysis was conducted on Helicobacter pylori infection and RSI scores.Results:The positive detection rate of Hp in the GERD related pharyngolaryngeal reflux symptom group was significantly higher than that in the simple GERD group,with statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=11.357,P<0.01).RSI score of patients with Hp infection in the GERD related pharyngeal reflux symptom group was higher than that of those without Hp infection,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.354,P<0.05).There is significant correlation between Hp infection and RSI score Eta in the GERD related pharyngeal reflux symptom group(Eta=0.258,P<0.05).Conclusion:There is significant correlation between the symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease related pharyngeal reflux and Helicobacter pylori infection,and Helicobacter pylori infection may exacerbate the symptoms of pharyngeal reflux.
