摘　　要：鸢尾素(Irisin)是一种骨骼肌在运动等刺激作用下分泌的一种蛋白类激素。最初发现的Irisin主要功能是其对脂肪代谢有着重要的调节作用,而且Irisin发挥脂肪代谢调节作用是通过“PGC-1α-FNDC5/Irisin-UCP-1”通路实现的。近年来,Irisin的许多其他功能也被陆续发现,特别是在脂代谢异常、糖尿病、骨质疏松等疾病的预防与治疗中有着很好的应用前景。Irisin is a protein hormone secreted by skeletal muscle under stimuli,such as exercise.It is initially found that Irisin's function is mainly an important regulatory effect on fat metabolism,and Irisin's role in regulating fat metabolism is achieved through the“PGC-1α-FNDC5/Irisin-UCP-1”pathway.In recent years,many other functions of Irisin have been discovered one after another.This makes it of application prospect in the prevention and treatment of metabolic diseases,especially in abnormal lipid metabolism,and diabetes,osteoporosis,etc.
