摘  要:随着对冲击试验要求的不断提高,拥有大冲击位移、高冲击速度和高冲击加速度的电动冲击试验台容易占到更多市场份额。电动冲击试验台的运动部件强度和刚度计算是其设计阶段的重要一环,本文采用Lanczos法求解运动部件的一阶横向共振频率和一阶横向模态振型,通过模态叠加法求解运动部件在冲击试验工况下的应力场分布,计算结果表明,该电动冲击试验台的运动部件强度和刚度符合要求。With the continuous improvement of the impact test requirements,the electric impact test bench with large impact displacement,high impact speed and high impact acceleration is easy to occupy more market share.The calculation of the strength and stiffness of the moving components of the electric impact test bench is an important part of its design stage.In the paper,the Lanczos method is used to solve the first-order transverse resonance frequency and the first-order transverse modal shape of the moving components,and the stress field distribution of the moving components under the impact test conditions is solved by using the modal superposition method.The calculation results show that the strength and stiffness of the moving components of the electric impact test bench meet the requirements.
