重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子眼用凝胶+妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液治疗白内障术后干眼症的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析在白内障术后干眼症中联合应用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子眼用凝胶、妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液的效果。方法非随机选取2019年1月—2024年3月佛山华厦眼科医院收治的288例白内障术后干眼症患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组与研究组,各144例。对照组单独使用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子眼用凝胶,研究组在对照组治疗基础上加用妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液。对比两组临床疗效、治疗前后眼部症状情况、治疗前后泪膜稳定性及不良反应发生率。结果研究组治疗总有效率为98.61%(142/144),高于对照组的88.89%(128/144),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.989,P<0.05)。治疗前两组眼部症状情况及泪膜稳定性对比,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。治疗后两组眼部症状评分及泪膜稳定性指标水平均优于治疗前,且研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼剂与重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子眼用凝胶联用治疗白内障手术后干眼症,疗效明显,可有效改善患者眼部症状,提高泪膜稳定性,且未增加药物不良反应。Objective To analyze the effect of combined application of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye gel and tobramycin dexamethasone eye drops in dry eye after cataract surgery.Methods A total of 288 patients with dry eye after cataract surgery admitted to Foshan Huaxia Eye Hospital from January 2019 to March 2024 were non-randomly selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into con total effective rate of the study group was 98.61%(142/144),which was higher than 88.89%(128/144)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.989,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in ocular symptoms and tear film stability between the two groups before treatment(all P>0.05).After treatment,ocular symptom scores and tear film stability indexes in both groups were better than those before treatment,and the study group was better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of tobramycin dexamethasone eye drops and recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye gel in the treatment of dry eye after cataract surgery is effective,can effectively improve the ocular symptoms of patients,improve the stability of tear film,and do not increase the adverse drug reaction.
