正畸及种植修复联合治疗对前牙美学缺陷患者修复后美观度及修复体颜色状态的影响

摘　　要：目的正畸+种植修复联合治疗修复前牙美学缺陷的效果分析。方法非随机选取2022年1月—2023年12月毕节市中医医院口腔科收治的50例前牙美学缺陷患者为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同分为对照组与观察组,各25例。对照组采用常规种植修复治疗,观察组采用正畸+种植修复联合治疗,对比两组总满意度、红色美学指数、白色美学指数。结果观察组总满意度为100.00%(25/25),高于对照组的76.00%(19/25),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.735,P<0.05)。观察组修复完成时、修复第6个月、第9个月红色美学指数、白色美学指数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论前牙美学缺陷患者在临床治疗中应用正畸及修复联合治疗方案,可以对修复体颜色进行改善,有助于提升患者牙齿美观度,提高患者满意度。Objective Analysis of the effect of orthodontics and implant restoration in the treatment of aesthetic defects of anterior teeth.Methods Fifty patients with anterior dental aesthetic defects admitted to the Stomatology Department of Bijie Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were non-randomly selected as study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment plans,with twenty-five cases in each group.The control group received conventional implant repair treatment,and the observation group received orthodontic+implant repair combined treatment.The total satisfaction,red aesthetic index and white aesthetic index of the two groups were compared.Results The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 100.00%(25/25),which was higher than 76.00%(19/25)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.735,P<0.05).The red aesthetic index and the white aesthetic index in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at the completion of repair,the 6th month and the 9th month,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of orthodontic and restoration combined therapy in clinical treatment of patients with anterior dental aesthetic defects can improve the color of the prosthesis,which is helpful to improve the dental aesthetics of patients and improve patient satisfaction.
