摘  要:高炉作为钢铁生产的枢纽环节,其稳定运行对生产效率和产品质量至关重要。因此,对高炉的运行状态进行及时全面的监测与评估尤为必要。根据高炉历史生产数据资料,基于因子分析(Factor Analysis)、K-Means聚类分析和统计过程控制(SPC)等多种方法,利用计算机技术、信息技术、数据库技术等开发一套能对高炉运行状态进行综合评价与监测的软件系统。首先,对生产数据做预处理,确保数据的完整性和准确性;其次,根据专家经验和高炉运行的特点,筛选出29个关键参数用于构建评价模型;然后,采用因子分析与K-Means聚类分析相结合建立高炉状态评价模型,并通过提取出能够全面反映高炉运行状态的关键指标,建立综合的高炉运行状态评价体系,应用K-Means聚类分析对高炉运行状态进行分类判断,并对结果进行验证;进而,通过SPC控制图实现对高炉运行状态及评价指标的异常监测,并追溯运行异常的原因,从而帮助操作人员及时调整生产策略,确保高炉的连续稳定运行;最后,基于上述模型完成高炉评价监测系统开发,实现高炉运行状态的可视化,有效辅助操作人员监控和管理高炉运行,有助于实现高炉生产的高质量、低能耗、高产量、高效益及长寿命目标。The blast furnace,as a pivotal link in steel production,is crucial for production efficiency and product quality through its stable operation.Therefore,it is especially necessary to monitor and evaluate the operation status of the blast furnace in a timely and comprehensive manner.According to the historical production data of blast furnaces,based on various methods such as factor analysis,K-means cluster analysis,and statistical process control(SPC),a set of software systems that could comprehensively evaluate and monitor the operation status of blast furnaces was developed using computer technology,information technology,database technology,etc.Firstly,the production data was preprocessed to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the data.Then,according to the experience of experts and the characteristics of blast furnace operation,29 key parameters were screened out for the construction of the evaluation model.After that,factor analysis and K-means cluster analysis were combined to establish the evaluation model of the blast furnace status,and the key indexes that could comprehensively reflect the operation status of the blast furnace were extracted to establish a comprehensive evaluation system of the blast furnace operation status.K-means cluster analysis was applied to classify and judge the blast furnace operation state,and the results were verified.Then,the SPC control chart realized the abnormal monitoring of the blast furnace operation status and evaluation indexes and traced the reasons for the abnormal operation,which helps the operators adjust the production strategy in time to ensure the continuous and stable operation of the blast furnace.Finally,based on the above model,the development of the blast furnace evaluation and monitoring system was completed,realizing the visualization of the blast furnace operation status,which effectively assists the operators in monitoring and managing the blast furnace operation and helps achieve the goals of high quality,low energy consumption,high production,high
