摘 要:随着人机交互、医疗等领域的发展,传统的刚性驱动器已经无法满足需求。由软材料组成的薄膜柔性驱动器,具有灵活、柔软、无限自由度等优势,引发了广泛关注。能够对外界刺激做出响应的敏感材料是薄膜柔性驱动器的关键部件,以碳纳米管、石墨烯为代表的碳纳米材料具有导电、导热、电热、光热等众多优异性能,已成为制备各种薄膜柔性驱动器的最理想材料,在该领域得到了广泛应用。本文结合近年来薄膜柔性驱动器的研究成果,介绍了薄膜柔性驱动器分类、驱动机理,重点总结了碳纳米管、石墨烯在各类薄膜驱动器中的应用研究进展,最后展望了其未来的发展趋势。With the development of human-machine interaction,medical and other fields,the traditional rigid actuator has been unable to meet the demand.The flexible film actuator composed of soft materials has attracted wide attention due to its advantages of softness,flexibility and infinite degree of freedom.Sensitive materials that can respond to external stimuli are key components of flexible film actuators.Carbon nano-materials represented by carbon nanotubes and graphene have many excellent properties such as electrical conductivity,thermal conductivity,electrothermal performance,and photothermal performance etc.They have become the most ideal materials for preparing various flexible film actuators and have been widely used in this field.In this paper,based on the research results of flexible film actuators in recent years,the classification and driving mechanism of flexible film actuators are introduced.The application research progress of carbon nanotubes and graphene in various flexible film actuators is summarized.Finally,the future development trend is prospected.
