摘  要:随着法庭科学技术的飞速发展,开发快速、高效、高通量的毒物检验方法已经成为热点研究方向。敞开式离子化技术,是一种在大气压下离子化化合物的方法,结合质谱可以实现复杂样品中目标化合物的高灵敏度快速分析,甚至无需前处理步骤。该文首先对解吸电喷雾电离(DESI)、实时直接分析(DART)、介质阻挡放电电离(DBDI)和纸喷雾电离(PSI)技术的原理及其基本发展状况进行介绍,然后从生物样本和非生物样本两个方面的法庭毒物分析应用进展进行综述。最后,对敞开式电离质谱发展面临的挑战与问题展开讨论。原位、快速、高通量分析是法庭毒物分析检验技术发展的重要趋势,结合数据库,敞开式离子化质谱有望克服准确快速检测毒物的难题,为法庭毒理分析提供更为精确和高效的手段。With the rapid development in forensic toxicology,establishing fast,efficient and highthroughput detection methods has emerged as a prevalent research direction.Ambient ionization,a powerful ion source capable of ionizing compounds under atmospheric conditions,has been seamlessly integrated with mass spectrometry,enabling the rapid and sensitive analysis of compounds within intricate matrices,even without the need for extensive sample preparation.Firstly,this paper presents a comprehensive overview of the principles and fundamental advancements associated with four ion sources:desorption electrospray ionization(DESI),direct analysis in real time(DART),dielectric barrier discharge ionization(DBDI),and paper spray ionization(PSI).Subsequently,a comprehensive review is carried out to assess the progress made in the application of forensic toxicology analysis in both biological and non-biological samples.Finally,the challenges and problems in the development of ambient ionization mass spectrometry are discussed.In situ,rapid and high-throughput analysis is an important trend in the development of toxicological analysis technology in forensics.By combining ambient ionization mass spectrometry with database technology,it is anticipated that this approach will effectively overcome the challenges associated with the precise and rapid detection of toxicological substances.Furthermore,it offers a more precise and efficient means for forensic toxicology analysis.
