摘 要:常规硫酸铵的测定方法操作繁琐、危险系数高。结合电位滴定的特点,建立电位滴定法测定镀镍液中硫酸铵含量的方法。样品经处理,采用氢氧化钠标准溶液进行滴定。通过比较甲醛法和电位滴定法测定不同样品的硫酸铵含量,结果表明:电位滴定法与甲醛法无显著性差异。电位滴定法测定镀镍液中硫酸铵含量,方法抗干扰能力强、稳定性好、精度高、绿色环保、方法易于控制。The conventional determination method of ammonium sulfate is complicated and has high risk factor.Based on the characteristics of potentiometric titration,a potentiometric titration method for the determination of ammonium sulfate in nickel plating solution was established.The samples were treated and titrated using a sodium hydroxide standard solution.By comparing formaldehyde method and potentiometric titration method,the ammonium sulfate content of different samples was determined,and the results showed that there was no significant difference between potentiometric titration and formaldehyde method.Potentiometric titration method to determine the ammonium sulfate content in nickel plating solution,the method has strong anti-interference ability,good stability,high precision,green environmental protection,and easy to control.
