摘　　要：扑热息痛是一种广泛使用的解热镇痛药,其晶体形貌对药物的溶解性、生物利用度和稳定性具有重要影响。实验采用了蒙特卡罗法和三维晶体生长模拟软件对扑热息痛的两种晶型在不同温度和过饱和度条件下的生长进行模拟。结果表明,温度和过饱和度显著影响晶体的生长速率和形貌,过饱和度越高,晶体生长速率越快,但可能导致晶体不稳定。同时,对实验数据的分析,揭示了不同条件下扑热息痛晶体的形貌变化规律,并将模拟结果与实际晶体形貌进行了对比验证,确认了模拟方法的准确性和可靠性。通过本教学实验,学生能够掌握晶体形貌的变化过程及其影响因素,深入理解温度、过饱和度等关键参数对晶体生长的具体影响。将有助于培养学生的创新思维和科研能力,满足现代高等教育对应用型人才的需求。Paracetamol is a widely used antipyretic and analgesic drug,and its crystal morphology has an important influence on the solubility,bioavailability and stability of the drug.The Monte Carlo method and three-dimensional crystal growth simulation software were used to simulate the growth of two crystal forms of paracetamol under different temperatures and supersaturation conditions.The results show that temperature and supersaturation significantly affect the growth rate and morphology of the crystal.The higher the supersaturation,the faster the crystal growth rate,but it may cause crystal instability.At the same time,the analysis of the experimental data revealed the morphological changes of paracetamol crystals under different conditions,and the simulation results were compared and verified with the actual crystal morphology,confirming the accuracy and reliability of the simulation method.Through this teaching experiment,students can master the change process of crystal morphology and its influencing factors,and deeply understand the specific effects of key parameters such as temperature and supersaturation on crystal growth.It will help cultivate students' innovative thinking and scientific research capabilities,and meet the needs of modern higher education for applied talents.
