摘  要:本文探讨了大型仪器在中药化学实验教学中的应用,通过建立课前理论、课中实验、课后分析的三阶段教学模式,以“槐米中芦丁的提取、分离和鉴定”实验为例,探讨了紫外光谱仪、制备高效液相色谱和液质联用仪等仪器设备的作用。结果表明,大型仪器设备的融入有效提升了教学效果,增强了学生对中药成分分离鉴定的理解,培养了实验技能,为中药化学实验教学改革和高素质人才培养提供了思路。This paper discusses the application of large-scale instruments in the teaching of chemistry of Chinese medicine experiments.By establishing a three-stage teaching model of pre-class theory,in-class experiments,and post-class analysis,the study takes the “extraction,separation,and identification of rutin from flos sophora immaturus” as an example to explore the role of instruments such as UV,prep-HPLC,LC-MS.The results indicate that the integration of these large-scale instruments has significantly improved teaching effectiveness,enhanced students' understanding of the separation and identification of Chinese medicine components,and fostered experimental skills.This approach provides insights for the reform of chemistry of Chinese medicine experimental teaching and the cultivation of high-quality talents.
