数字口内扫描和藻酸盐印模在口腔正畸模型测量中的应用效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较数字口内扫描和藻酸盐印模在口腔正畸模型测量中的应用效果。方法选择2022年6月至2023年6月在无锡市儿童医院口腔科行在口腔正畸治疗的患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,在口腔正畸模型制作时,观察组患者使用数字口内扫描模型制作和数字化印模制取,对照组患者使用藻酸盐印模制取。比较两组操作时间、舒适度、口腔正畸模型测量符合率、治疗后不良反应发生率和满意度。结果⑴观察组操作时间(699.43±28.19)s,长于对照组(329.07±52.52)s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组舒适度96.67%高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);⑵观察组口腔正畸模型测量符合率100.00%高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);⑶观察组治疗后不良反应发生率0.00%低于对照组的16.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在口腔正畸模型测量中,数字口内扫描需要更长的椅旁操作时间,但口腔正畸模型测量符合率高、舒适度高、不良反应少,值得推广。Objective To compare the application effects of digital intraoral scanning and alginate impressions in orthodontic model measurement.Methods Sixty patients who underwent orthodontic treatment at Wuxi Children's Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group randomly,with 30 patients in each group.During the production of orthodontic models,the observation group patients used digital intraoral scanning models and digital impressions,while the control group patients used alginate impressions.Compare the operation time,comfort level,conformity rate of orthodontic model measurement,incidence of adverse reactions after treatment,and satisfaction between two groups.Results⑴The operation time of the observation group(699.43±28.19)s was longer than that of the control group(329.07±52.52)s,and the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05).The comfort level of the observation group was 96.67%higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05)The measurement conformity rate of the orthodontic model in the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than that in the control group(83.33%),and the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05)The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group after treatment was 0.00%lower than that in the control group(16.67%),and the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05).Conclusions In orthodontic model measurement,digital intraoral scanning requires longer chair side operation time,but the orthodontic model measurement has a high compliance rate,high comfort,and fewer adverse reactions,which is worth promoting.
