全瓷高嵌体与全瓷冠修复治疗牙体缺损的效果分析

摘　　要：目的比较全瓷高嵌体与全瓷冠修复用于牙体缺损的治疗效果。方法选择2021年1月至2023年12月河南科技大学第二附属医院收治的70例牙体缺损患者作为研究对象。其中观察组35例患者采用全瓷高嵌体修复;对照组35例患者采用全瓷冠修复。比较两组患者治疗前后的牙周相关指标,治疗后的牙体修复效果。结果治疗3个月后,观察组患者优良率为97.14%(34/35)高于对照组80.0%(28/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的探诊出血指数、牙龈指数较疗前低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者修复体边缘适合性、外形评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全瓷高嵌体修复牙体缺损可有效改善患者牙周症状,修复体边缘适合性及外形较好,修复效果理想。Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of all ceramic high inlay and all ceramic crown restorations for dental defects.Methods Seventy patients with dental defects admitted to the Second Affifiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Among them,35 patients in the observation group were repaired with all ceramic high inlay;35 patients in the control group were treated with all ceramic crowns for restoration.Compare the periodontal related indicators of two groups of patients before and after treatment,and evaluate the dental restoration effect after treatment.Results After 3 months of treatment,the excellent and good rate of the observation group was 97.14%(34/35),which was higher than the control group's 80.0%(28/35),and the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05);The bleeding index and gingival index of the observation group patients were lower than those of the control group before treatment,and the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05);The observation group had higher scores for edge suitability and appearance of the restoration compared to the control group,and the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05).Conclusions All ceramic high inlay restoration of dental defects can effectively improve patients'periodontal symptoms,with good edge fifit and shape of the restoration,and ideal restoration effect.
