瓷贴面、纳米树脂在前牙切角缺损修复中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨瓷贴面、纳米树脂在前牙切角缺损修复中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至2024年6月郑州四六〇医院收治的67例前牙切角缺损修复患者进行回顾性研究,根据治疗方式不同分为两组。瓷贴面组32例患者给予瓷贴面修复,纳米树脂组35例患者给予纳米树脂修复。评估两组患者修复后6个月的修复良好率(完整性、颜色匹配、边缘密合度、边缘着色);对比两组患者修复前后牙周指标[牙周探诊深度(PD)、菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈出血指数(SBI)、临床附着丧失(CAL)];记录两组患者修复后6个月期间并发症情况。结果修复后,瓷贴面组各项修复良好率指标(完整性、颜色匹配、边缘密合度、边缘着色)均高于纳米树脂组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组修复后PD、PLI、SBI、CAL均低于修复前,且瓷贴面组上述各项牙周指标均低于纳米树脂组(P<0.05);瓷贴面组修复后6个月并发症发生率3.13%,低于纳米树脂组22.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于纳米树脂,瓷贴面修复前牙切角缺损修复良好率更佳,对于牙周指标改善更理想,且并发症发生率低。Objective To investigate the application effect of porcelain veneer and nano-resin in the repair of incisal Angle defect of anterior teeth.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 67 patients with anterior incisor Angle defect repair admitted to Zhengzhou 460 Hospital from January 2022 to June 2024.and they were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.Ceramic veneer group(32 cases)was given porcelain veneer repair,nano resin group(35 cases)was given nano resin repair.The rate of good repair(integrity,color matching,edge fifit,edge coloring)at 6 months after repair was evaluated in both groups.Periodontal index(PD),plaque index(PLI),gingival bleeding index(SBI)and clinical attachment loss(CAL)were compared between the two groups before and after restoration.Complications were recorded in both groups during 6 months after repair.Results After repair,the index of good repair rate(integrity,color matching,edge fifit,edge coloring)in porcelain veneer group was higher than that in nano-resin group(P<0.05).PD,PLI,SBI and CAL after repair were lower than those before repair,and the periodontal indexes in porcelain veneer group were lower than those in nano resin group(P<0.05).The complication rate of ceramic veneer group was lower than that of nano resin group(3.13%vs 22.86%,P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with nano-resin,porcelain veneer has better repair rate of incisal Angle defect,better improvement of periodontal indexes,and lower complication rate.
