摘　　要：目的探讨情绪引导结合个体化护理在口腔癌游离皮瓣修复术后患者中的应用及对心理及自我意识的影响。方法选取我院2020年12月至2023年12月南阳市口腔医院收治的80例口腔癌患者,所有患者均采取游离皮瓣修复术治疗,并在常规护理增加情绪引导结合个体化护理,并分析其相关指标。结果患者护理后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、自我和谐量表(SCCS)评分、自尊量表(SES)评分与患者护理后生命质量测定量表(QLQ)评分较护理前明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情绪引导结合个体化护理可改善口腔癌游离皮瓣修复术后患者心理状态,减少焦虑、抑郁情绪,提升其自我意识,可辅助提升术后康复进程,降低术后并发症,提升生活质量。Objective To explore the application of emotional guidance combined with personalized nursing in postoperative patients with oral cancer free flflap repair surgery,and its impact on psychological and self-awareness.Methods Through a retrospective study,80 oral cancer patients admitted to our hospital from December 2020 to December 2023 were selected.All patients were fltreated with free flap repair,and emotional guidance was combined with individualized nursing in routine nursing,and the relevant indicators were analyzed.Results The scores of self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),self rating Depression Scale(SDS),self consistency fiand Congruence Scale(SCCs),self esteem scale(SES)and quality of life after nursing(QLQ)of patients were significantly improved fiafter nursing compared with those before nursing,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Emotional flguidance combined with individualized care can improve the psychological state of patients after oral cancer free flap repair,reduce anxiety and depression,enhance their self-awareness,assist the postoperative rehabilitation process,reduce postoperative complications and improve the quality of life.
