摘 要:本文从智慧民航建设路线对机务人才培养提出的要求出发,基于中国民航APS飞机维修理论体系分析了航空维修类专业实践教学基地的现状和问题,从全面生产准备、科学施工程序和规范工作标准3个方面,对航空维修实训教学实施源头管理、过程控制和结果反馈,并从安全保障能力、教学质量、实训效率、教学成本和实践教学能力5个维度进行评价。探索航空维修先进理念在高校航空维修实训基地建设中的应用,同时促进航空维修专业实训环境、流程逐步标准化,解决高校实践教学缺乏标准化的问题和与航空企业需求相脱节的问题。This paper starts from the requirements of the smart civil aviation construction route for aircraft maintenance talents cultivation,and analyzes the current situation and problems of aviation maintenance professional practical teaching bases based on the APS aircraft maintenance theoretical system.It implements source management,process control and result feedback of aviation maintenance practical training teaching from three aspects:comprehensive production preparation,scientific work procedures and standardized work standards,and makes evaluation from five dimensions:safety assurance ability,teaching quality,training efficiency,teaching cost and practical teaching ability.It aims to explore the application of advanced aviation maintenance concepts in the construction of aviation maintenance training bases in colleges,promote the gradual standardization of the aviation maintenance education,and solve the problems of lack of standardization and disconnection with the needs of aviation enterprises in college's practical teaching.
