摘　　要：目的 探讨整体干预模式对白血病化疗患儿心理状态及治疗依从性的影响。方法 根据干预方式的不同将115例白血病化疗患儿分为整体干预组(n=58,整体干预模式)和常规干预组(n=57,常规干预模式)。比较两组患儿的心理状态[汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)]、治疗依从性、家属满意度及不良反应发生情况。结果 干预后,两组患儿HAMA、HAMD评分均低于本组干预前,整体干预组患儿HAMA、HAMD评分均低于常规干预组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。整体干预组患儿的治疗总依从率及家属总满意度均高于常规干预组,不良反应总发生率低于常规干预组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论 整体干预模式能够改善白血病化疗患儿的心理状态,提高患儿治疗依从性和家属满意度,减少不良反应。Objective To explore the effect of holistic intervention model on psychological state and treatment com-pliance in children with leukemia undergoing chemotherapy.Method According to the different intervention methods,115 children with leukemia who underwent chemotherapy were divided into holistic intervention group(n=58,holistic intervention model)and routine intervention group(n=57,routine intervention model).The psychological state[Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)],treatment compliance,family satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result After intervention,the HAMA and HAMD scores in both groups were lower than those before intervention,and the HAMA and HAMD scores in holistic intervention group were lower than those in routine intervention group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total treatment compliance rate and family satisfaction in holistic intervention group were higher than those in routine intervention group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in routine intervention group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic intervention model can improve the psychological state of children with leukemia undergoing chemotherapy,improve children treatment compliance and family satisfaction,and reduce adverse reactions.
