摘 要:配戴DIMS(Defocus incorporated multiple segments)镜片是目前应用比较成熟的近视管理方法,且通过6年的临床观察发现,长期配戴该镜片可获得持续、稳定、有效的近视管理效果。 DIMS(Defocus incorporated multiple segments)lens represents a relatively advanced method for myopia management at present.Through six years of clinical observation,it has been demonstrated that prolonged use of this lens yields sustained, stable, and effective outcomes in myopia control. However, previous evaluations primarily focused on measuring the progression of spherical equivalent(SE)and axial length(AL),failing to accurately assess the impact of DIMS lenses on astigmatism.A retrospective analysis involving adolescents and children who wore DIMS lenses for 6 months and 12 months revealed that all participants exhibited favorable results in myopia prevention and control during follow-up periods.Notably, there was no significant difference observed between changes in spherical equivalent lens measurements compared to those of spherical lenses during the wearing period(P>0.05).This indicated that variations in spherical equivalent were predominantly attributable to changes in spherical lens measurements. In conclusion, based on the aforementioned data analysis and existing literatures,it could be asserted that wearing DIMS lenses effectively contributes to myopia prevention and control without adversely affecting astigmatism changes.Furthermore, the alterations in astigmatism observed in adolescents and children during the use of DIMS lenses were negligible.
