摘  要:辅导员作为大学生思想政治教育的中坚力量,与学生建立良好的信任关系,能够增强立德树人工作实效。以哈贝马斯交往理论为借鉴,在师生信任关系构建中,交往进行的前提是主体间性、交往实现的媒介是语言、交往开展的基础是生活世界。当下,高校辅导员师生关系构建仍面临交往目的趋利化,交往主动性、积极性不足,交流形式单一、内容不够深入,亲密度不高、情感淡漠化等问题。辅导员师生信任关系的构建路径在于:(一)遵循民主、平等的双主体交往原则;(二)增强互动积极性,建立信任关系;(三)注重话语情境,提升交往资质;(四)营造良好氛围,搭建沟通桥梁。As the backbone of ideological and political education of college and university students,counselors should establish a good dialogue relationship with students,which will improve the effectiveness of moral education.Based on Habermas’theory of communicative action,the construction of trust in student-teacher relationships is predicated on intersubjectivity,mediated by language,and grounded in the lifeworld.In the current context,the construction of student-teacher relationships in colleges and universities still faces issues such as the utilitarian trend in interaction purposes,insufficient initiative and enthusiasm in communication,singular form of interaction,a lack of depth in content,and low intimacy with emotional detachment.Accordingly,the pathways to constructing trust in student-counselor relationships are put forward:(1)Adhering to democratic and equal principles of dual-subject interaction;(2)Enhancing the proactivity of interactions to establish trust;(3)Focusing on discourse contexts to improve communication qualifications;(4)Creating a positive atmosphere to build bridges for communication.
