摘  要:在当前的教育背景下,特别是在专业与创新创业教育(专创)的融合趋势中,《微电子工艺设计实践》课程的教学改革显得尤为重要。针对微电子教学的高成本、安全性和污染问题,我们提出了“虚实结合、校企联动”的创新教学平台,基于校企合作真实平台、设计流程、真实项目,运用创新创业方法将《微电子工艺设计实践》课程从教学内容、教学资源、教学方法、考核评价、第二课堂竞赛孵化等方面进行专创融合的探索与建设,以沉浸式和阶梯化教学法提升学生的实践能力和创新思维。其中,改革的核心在于“虚实结合、校企联动”,即通过与企业的紧密合作,引入真实的工业案例和设计流程,运用创新实践平台将专业知识融入到创新实践中。在此过程中,课程还特别强调创新思维的培养,将前苏联科学家阿奇舒勒(G.S.Altshuller)在1946年创立的TRIZ(发明问题解决理论)的创新方法运用到实际教学中,通过案例教学和项目实践,培养学生的综合分析能力和创业精神。改革后的教学模式有效提升了学生的学习积极性和创新能力,也使得课程内容和教学方法更加贴近产业实际需求,通过实践的学习效果评价和企业反馈,证明了教学改革的有效性。此改革模式也为微电子及其他工程技术教育提供了有益的实践指导和理论支持。In the current educational context,particularly with the integration of specialization and innovation entrepreneurship education(SIE),the teaching reform of the"Microelectronics Process Design Practice"course is especially significant.Addressing issues such as the high cost,safety concerns,and pollution in microelectronics teaching,we propose an innovative teaching platform based on the combination of virtual and real-world elements,and school-enterprise collaboration.This platform leverages real-world platforms,design processes,and projects from industry partners,incorporating SIE methodologies to explore and build the course in terms of teaching content,re-sources,methods,assessment,and extracurricular competition incubation.Using immersive and stepwise teaching methods,the reform aims to enhance students'practical skills and innovative thinking.The core of the reform lies in the"virtual-real integration and school-enterprise collaboration,"where close cooperation with enterprises introduces real industrial cases and design processes.By utilizing the innovative practice platform,specialized knowledge is em-bedded into innovative practices.In this process,the course places special emphasis on cultivating innovative think-ing,It utilizes the TRIZ(Invent problem solving theory)theory of innovation methods for practical teaching applica-tions,fostering students'comprehensive analytical skills and entrepreneurial spirit through case studies and project practice.The reformed teaching model has effectively improved students'learning enthusiasm and innovation abilities,aligning course content and teaching methods more closely with industry needs.Practical learning outcomes and feed-back from enterprises have validated the effectiveness of the teaching reform.This reform model also provides valuable practical guidance and theoretical support for microelectronics and other engineering and technical education fields.
