摘 要:为探究产气荚膜梭菌在黄羽肉鸡重要养殖区域的流行及耐药情况,采集广东、广西等华南地区,安徽、江苏、福建等华东地区6个规模化肉鸡养殖场9份肠道病变样品进行分离鉴定和毒素分型检测、耐药性分析,琼脂扩散试验检测野外分离枯草芽孢杆菌BSGZ7对产气荚膜梭菌的抑菌效果。结果显示,从肠道样品中分离到7株A型和2株G型产气荚膜梭菌,9株分离菌和1株标准菌均对阿莫西林、青霉素、头孢噻肟、氨苄西林、头孢氨苄、氟苯尼考、头孢曲松具有较高的敏感性,对庆大霉素、卡那霉素、四环素、多西环素、链霉素、磺胺异恶唑、林可霉素、红霉素、多黏菌素B等抗菌药物普遍耐药,枯草芽孢杆菌BSGZ7发酵液均对10株菌有抑菌效果。结果表明枯草芽孢杆菌对产气荚膜梭菌具有一定抑菌作用,有望成为防控鸡坏死性肠炎的新型绿色安全的抗菌制剂,同时也为临床上鸡坏死性肠炎的防控和治疗提供了参考依据。In order to investigate the prevalence and drug resistance of Clostridium perfringens in the important breeding area for yellow-feathered broilers,nine small intestinal samples with necrosis were obtained from diseased chickens in six different large-scale broiler farms in southern China(Guangdong,Guangxi province)and eastern China(Anhui,Fujian and Jiangsu province).All samples were collected for isolation,identification,toxin typing detection,drug resistance analysis,and agar diffusion assay for detecting the inhibitory effect of the field-isolated Bacillus subtilis BSGZ7 on C.perfringens.The results showed that seven strains of C.perfringens type A and 2 strains of type G from intestinal samples were isolated,that all nine isolates and one standard strain were highly susceptible to amoxicillin,penicillin,cefotaxime,ampicillin,cefalexin,flufenicol,and ceftriaxone.However,those were generally resistant to antimicrobials such as gentamicin,kanamycin,tetracycline,doxycycline,streptomycin,sulfamisoxazole,lincomycin,erythromycin,and polymyxin B.All of the fermentation broths of B.subtilis BSGZ7 had an inhibitory effect on the ten strains of C.perfringens.In conclution,B.subtilis BSGZ7 exerts a certain antibacterial effect on C.perfringens,potentially serving as a novel,environmentally friendly,and safe antibacterial preparation for the prevention and control of necrotic enteritis in chickens.
