中医全科规范化培训急诊教学方法初探

摘　　要：中医全科规范化培训的目的是为基层单位培养掌握中医全科医学的基本理论和基本技能并熟悉社区常见病、多发病的中西医诊断、治疗、预防和随访工作的优秀中医全科医生。急诊科疾病具有急、广、快等特点,故急诊科教学方法与其他专科有很大不同。文章主要阐述中医全科规范化培训急诊科教学的多种方法,以期帮助学生在短时间内完成从理论到实践的角色转变并掌握中医急诊临床思维和决策能力,更好地服务基层病患。The purpose of the standardized training in general practice of traditional Chinese medicine is to cultivate qualified tradi⁃tional Chinese medicine practitioners who master the basic theory,basic knowledge and basic skills of general practice of traditional Chinese medicine,and are familiar with the diagnosis,treatment,prevention and follow-up of common diseases and frequentlyoccurring diseases in the community.Diseases in emergency department have urgency,wide,fast and other characteristics,so the teaching methods in this department are very different from the other departments.This article mainly expounded the various methods of emergency teaching in the standardized training of traditional Chinese medicine,with the hope that students can complete the role transition from theory to practice in a short period of time,master the clinical thinking and decision-making ability of traditional Chi⁃nese medicine emergency,and serve the grassroots patients better.
