摘  要:文章以政策工具理论、教育政策分析理论为依据,综合运用文本分析法、文献分析法和社会网络分析法,对山东省内中医药相关的政府机构及高校发布的中医药传承与创新教育文件进行梳理和总结,试图探明中医药创新与发展教育所依靠的相关理论、政策,及其起到的作用,并在高校实训教学中应用。旨在总结中医药传承与创新教育发展政策特点,评估政策效率,为中医药传承与创新教育优化提供依据。Based on the theory of policy tools and educational policy analysis,this topic aims to sort out and summarize the education documents of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance and innovation issued by the government agencies and universities related to traditional Chinese medicine in Shandong Province by comprehensively using text analysis,literature analysis and social network analysis.This paper attempted to explore the role of the relevant theories and policies that the innovation and development education of traditional Chinese medicine depends on in the development process of the inheritance and innovation education of traditional Chi⁃nese medicine,and its application in the practical teaching of colleges and universities,summarized the characteristics of the develop⁃ment policy of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance and innovation education,evaluated the efficiency of the policy,and provided the basis for the optimization of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance and innovation education.
