治疗1例ⅢB期恶性胸膜间皮瘤患者实现长期生存的报告

摘　　要：恶性胸膜间皮瘤(Malignant pleural mesothelioma,MPM)是一种原发于胸膜间皮细胞且具有极强侵袭性和致死性的恶性肿瘤。MPM较为罕见,不仅起病隐匿、早期诊断率低,而且恶性程度高、预后极差。患者平均中位生存期不足1年,5年生存率不足1%。虽然MPM在临床中较为罕见,但此病的发病人数和病死人数呈逐年上升趋势。目前,临床上MPM的治疗方法主要包含外科手术、化学治疗、放射治疗以及靶向治疗等,但效果均不太理想。文章报道运用中西医结合方法治疗1例ⅢB期MPM患者,此患者最初诊断后总生存期达5年零7个月,以期为MPM的治疗提供新思路。Malignant pleural mesothelioma(MPM)is an extremely aggressive and fatal malignant tumor originating in pleural mesothe⁃lioma cells.MPM is rare,with hidden onset,low early diagnosis rate,high degree of malignancy and poor prognosis.The mean median survival time of patients is less than 1 year,and the 5-year survival rate is less than 1%.Although MPM is rare in clinic,the morbidity and mortality of MPM are increasing year by year.Currently,clinical MPM treatment mainly includes surgery,chemotherapy,radio⁃therapy and targeted therapy,but the effect is not satisfactory.This paper reported a case of MPM of stageⅢB treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.The overall survival time of the patient was 5 years and 7 months after the initial diagnosis,so as to provide a new idea for the treatment of MPM.
