摘　　要：后物质主义时代以来,中医身体观的社会性内涵遇到新的发展、机遇与挑战,其医学和文化意义也相应发生着内在转变。受西医影响,拥有悠久历史的中医身体入药观念备受争议,西医解剖学更是促使中医身体入药实践发生巨大改变。为积极构建中医身体观的学理内涵,扭转传统身体观的思维定式,对其作现代性阐释的任务就显得尤为必要,以此应对和纠正中医身体观承受的负面认知,重塑其积极意义。Since the post-materialism era,the sociality connotation of TCM body view has encountered new development,opportuni⁃ties and challenges,and its medical and cultural significance has correspondingly changed internally.Under the influence of Western medicine,concept of TCM body medicine has been controversial and greatly changed by Western medicine anatomy.In order to ac⁃tively construct the theoretical connotation of TCM body view and reverse its thinking pattern,it is particularly necessary to explain the modern task of TCM body view,so as to cope with and correct the negative cognition and rebuild the positive meaning orientation.
