摘 要:目的分析中医住院医师规范化培训应用引领式在线教育对促进学生成绩提升的实效性。方法运用因子分析、回归分析等学习分析技术,对引领式中医住院医师规范化培训线上教学平台“课堂派”的学习行为数据进行统计分析。结果在引领式教学方式下,规培中医师的线上登录次数、完成在线作业频次、搜索网络资源学习频次、论坛讨论频次等行为与结业考试成绩提升呈正相关。结论引领式线上教学模式通过引领规培医师的在线学习行为,达到正向提升学习效果的目的。Objective To analyze the effectiveness of standardized training of traditional Chinese medicine residents in leading online education to promote learning achievement.Methods Factor analysis,regression analysis and other learning analysis techniques were used to statistically analyze the learning behavior data of Ketangpai on the online teaching platform for leading standardized training of traditional Chinese medicine residents.Results Under the leading teaching mode,the number of online login times,the frequency of completing online homework,the frequency of searching network resources and learning,the frequency of forum discussion and other behaviors of regular training of traditional Chinese medicine practitioners were positively related to the improvement of final exam scores.Conclusion The leading online teaching mode can positively improve the learning effect by leading the online learning behav⁃ior of standardized training residents.
