数字技术赋能体养产业深度融合的逻辑、机理及路径

摘　　要：数字技术不仅是推动我国数字经济发展的新动能,还是体养产业深度融合的新引擎。研究认为:数字技术赋能体养产业深度融合的理论逻辑遵循“融合起点—融合发生—融合共生”。从“技术—过程”的分析视角出发,提出“数字技术应用—全过程数据运转—体养产业深度融合”的作用机理,认为数字技术赋能的本质是在体养产业全链条上进行数据生成、采集、管理及交易,在数据运转过程中实现体养产业深度融合。针对数字技术赋能体养产业深度融合过程中存在的问题,提出深化顶层设计,加快数字体养标准建设;完善法律法规,建立数字体养监管体系;推动数字基建,强化数字体养发展动能;培育后备人才,壮大数字体养人才规模。Digital technology is not only an emerging driving force for the development of China’s digital economy,but also a new engine for the in-depth integration between sports and elderly care industries.The study believes that the theoretical logic of digital technology enabling the in-depth integration between the sports and elderly care industries follows the phases of“incubation-occurrence-symbiosis”.Based on the analysis from the perspective of“technology-process”,this paper proposes the mechanism of action,including“application of digital technology-full cycle of data operation-in-depth integration of sports and elderly care industries”,and believes that the essence of empowering digital technology is the generation,collection,management,and trade of data for the entire industrial chain of the sports and elderly care industries,and the fulfillment of in-depth integration between the sports and elderly care industries in the process of data operation.With regard to the issues encountered in the process of,this paper suggests strengthening the top-level design,accelerating the construction of digital standards for sports and elderly care industries;improving laws and regulations,establishing a digitized regulatory system for sports and elderly care industries;promoting digital infrastructure construction,strengthening the driving force for the digital development of sports and elderly care industries;and cultivating talent reserves,expanding the pool of digital talents.
