摘  要:以宁波某地实际原水为进水,对臭氧/双氧水(O_(3)/H_(2)O_(2))高级氧化技术去除原水中典型嗅味物质-2-甲基异莰醇(2-MIB)的必要性和可行性进行了中试研究。采用对氯苯甲酸作为2-MIB的替代化合物(·OH探针)。运行参数包括O_(3)投加量、H_(2)O_(2)/O_(3)0投加比、pH和反应时间等。结果表明,相比于仅臭氧投加条件,H_(2)O_(2)的催化作用能明显提高反应速率与去除率。在>50 ng/L的较高浓度2-MIB的进水条件下,为达到出水要求(<10 ng/L),需采用O_(3)/H_(2)O_(2)高级氧化工艺代替仅臭氧氧化,且适宜的H_(2)O_(2)/O_(3)投加比在20%左右。同时,适当提升原水pH也能优化处理效果,在一定程度上减少臭氧投加量。另外,在原水碱度、NOM不高且进水2-MIB浓度较低的情况下,仅通过臭氧氧化也可能实现达标要求。通过运行参数的优化,O_(3)/H_(2)O_(2)工艺可稳定、高效地去除嗅味物质,6 min反应时间即可满足对2-MIB的去除要求。In this pilot study,the necessity and feasibility of the prepositive peroxone process for the removal of 2-methylisobornyl(2-MIB),a typical odorous chemicals,was studied using raw water as feed water in a site in Ningbo,China.P-chlorobenzoic acid was used as a replacement compound(·OH probe)for 2-MIB.The operating parameters included O_(3) dosage,H_(2)O_(2)/O_(3) dosage ratio,pH and reaction time.The results showed that the catalytic effect of H_(2)O_(2) significantly increased the reaction rate and removal rate compared with the ozone-only dosing condition.Under the condition of high concentration of 2-MIB(>50 ng/L),in order to meet the requirement of outlet(<10 ng/L),the peroxone process instead of ozone-only oxidation should be adopted,and the appropriate ratio of H_(2)O_(2)/O_(3) dosage should be around 20%.At the same time,appropriate increase of feed water pH can also optimize the treatment effect,to a certain extent,to reduce the ozone dosage.In addition,in the case of alkalinity and NOM is not high and the concentration of 2-MIB in the feed water is low,only through the ozone oxidation may also achieve requirements.Through the optimization of the operating parameters,the O_(3)/H_(2)O_(2)process can remove the odorous chemicals stably and efficiently,and the 6 min reaction time can satisfy the removal requirement of 2-MIB.
