摘  要:随着全球化和技术革新的加速,我国高等教育亟需培养符合新时代生产力需求的高素质人才。以高校劳动教育赋能新质生产力人才培养的意义为出发点,针对当前高校劳动教育面临的劳动课程体系与新质生产力需求不符、劳动教育相关基础设施建设滞后、评价机制落后和师资队伍建设不足等问题,提出了更新劳动课程内容、引入现代教学技术、优化课程结构、建立科学全面的评价体系和加强师资队伍建设等策略,以期为我国高校劳动教育的改革提供参考。With the acceleration of globalization and technological innovation,China’s higher education urgently needs to cultivate high-quality talents that meet the needs of productivity in the new era.Based on the significance of labor education in colleges and universities to empower the cultivation of new productive talents,this paper puts forward strategies such as updating the content of labor courses,introducing modern teaching technology,optimizing the curriculum structure,establishing a scientific and comprehensive evaluation system and strengthening the construction of the teaching staff in view of the problems faced by labor education in colleges and universities,such as the inconsistency between the labor curriculum system and the demand for new quality productivity,the lag in the construction of labor education-related infrastructure,the backwardness of the evaluation mechanism and the insufficient construction of the teaching team,in order to provide a reference for the reform of labor education in colleges and universities in China.
