摘　　要：近几年来,随着“双碳”目标的实施,绿色建造理念不断地在建筑行业得到贯彻和发展。结合工程实践和相关文献,对现有建筑工程绿色建造技术的应用进行归纳和总结,并以福建省建筑科学研究院有限责任公司建筑设计生产基地大楼的建造过程为例,探讨被动式建筑、装配式施工、数字技术应用对实现绿色建造理念的作用,以期为绿色建造技术的推广提供借鉴。In recent years,with the implementation of the"dual carbon"goals,the green construction concept has been increasingly adopted and developed in the construction industry.By integrating engineering practice and relevant literature,the application of green construction techniques in existing building projects is summarized.The construction process of the architectural design and production base of Fujian Academy of Building Research Co.,Ltd.is used as an example to discuss the role of passive building,prefabricated construction,and digital technology application in realizing the green construction concept,aiming to provide references for the broader promotion of green construction techniques.
