试论海南高职院校专业结构的调整优化——以海南软件职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：随着海南自由贸易港建设的持续深入,海南的经济得到了迅猛的发展。为享受海南自由贸易港自带的红利,世界各地的各种新兴产业争先恐后地在海南落地生根。在这种新的发展形势下,海南高职院校迎来了难得的发展机遇,也面临前所未有的挑战。随着与海南高职院校专业设置相匹配的海南重点产业布局发生重大变革,海南高职院校的专业结构调整优化迫在眉睫。海南高职院校应改变以前的专业结构设置专业,避免出现海南高职院校专业布局与海南经济产业发展严重不协调的现象,从而导致海南高职院校培养的学生无法在海南找到合适的工作岗位,严重影响海南高职院校的社会影响力和专业认可度,最终导致招生不满,甚至倒闭等严重后果。With the continuous deepening of the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port,Hainan’s economy has experienced rapid development.In order to enjoy the dividends brought by Hainan Free Trade Port,various emerging industries from around the world are competing to take root in Hainan.In this new development situation,Hainan vocational colleges have encountered rare development opportunities,but also unprecedented challenges.With significant changes in the layout of key industries in Hainan that match the professional settings of Hainan vocational colleges,it is urgent to adjust and optimize the professional structure of Hainan vocational colleges.If Hainan vocational colleges continue to set up majors according to the previous professional structure,it will lead to serious disharmony between the professional layout of Hainan vocational colleges and the development of Hainan’s economy and industry,resulting in the inability of students trained by Hainan vocational colleges to find suitable job positions in Hainan,seriously affecting the social influence and professional recognition of Hainan vocational colleges,and ultimately leading to serious consequences such as enrollment dissatisfaction and even bankruptcy.
