立足全人培养,回归教育本真——从《奇迹的苹果》谈教育的使命和方向

摘  要:百年大计,教育为本。以立德树人为中心推进“三全育人”,是新时代教育改革创新的重要命题。电影《奇迹的苹果》取材真实生活,主人公历尽艰辛培育出“奇迹苹果”的经历蕴含丰富的教育理念。从果树培育视角对比“人”的培养,从保持本色、扎根沃土、融入环境、情感连接等方面思考教育发展。提出新时代教育应不忘初心、回归本真,以培育身心和谐发展的人作为使命和方向,进而探讨全人的培养是立足培养有魅力、生命力、活力和潜力的人,教育的本真是唤醒人的天性、启迪人的心灵和建立情感互通。Education is crucial for generations.Focusing on building morality and cultivating talents to promote“three-wide education”is an important topic in the reform of education of new era.The film Miracle Apples is based on real life,and profound education ideas are contained in the experience of the hero’s hard work in cultivating a“miracle apple”.Starting from analysis of fruit trees cultivation in the movie,this paper considers the development of education from the perspectives of maintaining the original intention,absorbing the nutrients of nature,integrating into the environment,and establishing emotional connections,and proposes that education should maintain original intention and essence of education,and take cultivating people with harmonious development of body and mind as its mission.Furthermore,it explores that all-round development is based on cultivate human with charm,vitality,energy and potential.Essence of education is to awaken human nature,enlighten their souls,and establish emotional communication.
