摘　　要：目的探究常驻高原士兵参加心理行为训练后的真实体会,为在高原基层单位实施心理行为训练提供依据。方法运用质性研究中的现象学研究法,对参加心理行为训练的30名士兵进行半结构式访谈,并采用Colaizzi现象学7步分析法对获得的资料进行分析和整理,提炼主题。结果归纳出5个主题:传承革命军人优良作风;训练倦怠情况普遍存在;新老士兵关系疏远、能力方面存在差异;心理行为训练对士兵的正向积极作用明显;心理行为训练被广泛接纳,期待能更好地融入到部队生活中。结论管理者要把好高原士兵心理脉搏,科学组训,落实心理行为训练科目,切实促进高原士兵心理健康,保持持久战斗力。Objective To explore the real experience of soldiers resident in high altitude after participating in psychological and behavioral training,and to provide a basis for the implementation of psychological and behavioral training in grassroots units at high altitude.Methods The phenomenological research method of qualitative research was used to conduct semi-structured interviews with 30 soldiers participated in psychological and behavioral training,and the Colaizzi 7-step phenomenological analysis method was used to analyze the obtained data and to extract the theme.Results A total of 5 themes were summarized:inheriting the fine style of revolutionary soldiers;widespread training burnout;senior and junior soldiers were estranged and had differences in abilities;psychological and behavioral training has obvious positive effect on soldiers;and widespread acceptance and expectation of psychological and behavioral training to be better integrated into military life.Conclusion Managers should monitor the psychological pulse of high-altitude soldiers,scientifically organize and implement psychological and behavioral training subjects,to effectively promote the mental health of high-altitude soldiers,and to maintain sustained combat effectiveness.
